Apple Health integration

Setup

Our app integrates with Apple Health, allowing you to import and export data seamlessly between the two. You can find the setup section within our app by navigating to:

App -> Profile -> Gear icon -> Integrations

Importing Data

If you're unable to import data from Apple Health into our app, please check the integration status in both our app and Apple Health. In our app, confirm that the Apple Health integration has a green checkmark, like this: ✅.

Also, make sure the permissions are correctly set in Apple Health

  1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Health

  2. Select Data Access & Devices

  3. Find Beefit* and ensure it's turned on.

* If you are in a program with a coach who has their own app, make sure to check the settings for that specific app instead.

If you're receiving incorrect data, try syncing it again from the integration page within our app. If this doesn't solve the issue, reinstall the app and set up the integration again. If data discrepancies between the two apps persist, feel free to contact us at [email protected], attaching these types of screenshots:

Exporting Data

If you're having trouble exporting data from Apple Health to our app, ensure the integration is properly set up in both Apple Health and our app. Make sure the export feature is switched on and check if permissions are enabled:

  1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Health

  2. Select Data Access & Devices

  3. Find Beefit* and ensure it's turned on.

* If you are in a program with a coach who has their own app, make sure to check the settings for that specific app instead.

If data still isn’t transferring, try closing and reopening the app. Wait about 30 seconds, and the export should take effect. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at [email protected], attaching these types of screenshots:
