Garmin Integration

Our app integrates with Garmin Connect, allowing you to seamlessly sync your workout and health data. You can set up the integration directly within our app by navigating to:

Profile > Gear icon (Settings) > Integrations

Troubleshooting Sync Issues

If you have connected the apps but your data is no longer syncing from Garmin Connect to our app, the connection might need a refresh. Please follow these steps to check and reset your connection:

Step 1: Verify Permissions in Garmin Connect

  1. Open the Garmin Connect app.

  2. Tap More (bottom right on iOS / top left menu on Android).

  3. Scroll down and tap Settings.

  4. Select Connected Apps.

  5. Find and tap on our app (e.g., Beefit Tracker Production) under the "Connected Apps" list.

  6. Ensure that the toggles for Activities and Daily Health Stats are turned ON (green).

Step 2: Reconnect the App (If settings are already ON) Sometimes the connection gets stuck even if the permissions look correct. A quick reset usually solves this:

  1. On the same page in the Garmin Connect app, tap the red Disconnect button.

  2. Confirm that you want to disconnect.

  3. Open our app (Beefit Tracker) and navigate back to Profile > Gear icon > Integrations.

  4. Reconnect Garmin to establish a fresh, working connection.
