I can't see plans or chat related to my coach and course

When it is not possible to see any content and features related to the coach, it is often a matter of one of these things:

Logged in with wrong user - if multiple users were created with a mistake

Log out and login with the correct email (the email were you received emails from coach). If the client logs in with the email they have not signed up with they will not be able to see your coaching content but the free Beefit version.

Beefit app is switch to 'free version' mode.

This mode is made for general tracking of workout. To switch back to the course with the coach, use the Change app button on the bottom of the PROFILE section - See image below

Note: This can only be an option if the Coach are offering our Beefit. Some coaches are having their own personal customized app, and here this change app button is not an option 😊
