If the app is unable to fetch or upload photos, this may be due to missing permissions to access your photos (or because the permission is limited to only specific photos).
To check and update the app’s photo permissions:
Open Settings
Go to Apps
Select the relevant App
Tap Photos
Set the permission to All Photos, or keep it on Limited Access but tap Edit Selected Photos to allow the app access to additional photos.
