Unplanned workouts

To track an unplanned workout, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app

  2. Click on the + button at the bottom












  3. Select the type of workout and follow the instructions.

Select a method below

Track GPS Workout

  1. After selecting the GPS tracking the app will start getting your GPS coordinates. choose between walk/run/cyckling

  2. A countdown will begin and auto start the workout.

  3. After the workout is done click on the PAUSE button and afterwards the STOP button

Track Fitness Workout

  1. Click on + button to search for an exercise to add (red arrow)

  2. Select the exercise and enter the data with reps/time/weight

  3. When workout is done, click on gears icon and select complete workout

Log a Workout

  1. Select the type of workout to start logging

  2. Enter the workout data














  3. Complete the workout by clicking on Log Workout
